Q: Where is the dining room located?
A :In the Olsen Student Center on the second floor.
Q: How much does each meal cost?
A: Breakfast-$3.70, Lunch- $6.10, Brunch- $6.35, Dinner- $7.25, & Steak Night- $8.65
Q: Who do I need to contact about getting food for an event?

Q: How many meals can I use in one day?
A: You may use as many as you would like, but remember you must have enough for the rest of the semester as well.
Q: I am on a special diet. Who do I talk to about menu options?

Q: One of the food service workers was rude to me. Who do I talk to about that?
A: Any of our managers would be happy to listen to your concerns about the staff and will take care of the situation promptly. Phone numbers and e-mail addresses for each of our managers can be found on the Meet the Team section.
Q: I'm sick of the cafeteria. Where else can I go on campus for food?
A: Bucks is located on the first floor of the Olsen Student Center by the bookstore and Spoonholder is located at the library.
Q: My grandma has a great recipe that I would love to see in the dining hall. How can I do that?
A: Contact our chef and give him the recipe and he will incorporate the recipe into our meal. We are dedicated to make your meals here feel like home.
Q: I'm sick and cannot make it to the dining hall, but I still want to eat. How do I do that?
A: Contact our chef by phone and we will make a sick tray for you. You will need to arrange someone to pick up your meal with your ID card so we can take a meal off.
Q: What are Flex Points?
A: Flex Points are additional monies that can be used in all our locations for food. They are included with the meal plans and are intended for use in Bucks & Spoonholder for snacks.
Q: I lost my meal card. What next?
A: Stop by the media services office and receive a new card. You will not be able to eat in the dining hall without an ID card.
Q: I have classes when lunch is served. What do I do?
A: Contact one of the managers and we will arrange for a take-out container to be made when you can come to the dining room. It does cost one meal.
Q: What are your serving hours during the school year?
A: In the main dining room, our serving hours are:
Weekday Breakfast: 7:00 a.m. - 9:45 a.m.
Weekday Lunch: 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
Weekday Dinner: 4:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Weekend Brunch: 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
Weekend Dinner: 4:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.
In our Buckingham's Snack Bar, our serving hours are:
Monday - Thursday: 7:30 a.m. - 11:00 p.m.
Friday: 7:30 a.m.. - 7:00 p.m.
Sunday: 6:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.
In our Spoonholder Cafe, our serving hours are:
Monday - Thursday: 7:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.; 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Friday: 7:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
